Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Ruffolo Boost, customer satisfaction is our priority. As an authorized reseller of products from trusted brands like RoomMates, Lirago, and Dovelina, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request is made within 30 days of delivery

  • Product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Non-eligible items include:

  • Used or damaged items due to misuse

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Products without original packaging


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email support@ruffoloboost.store with the following:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if defective or damaged)

  • Your contact details

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on where and how to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

  • If the return is our fault, we will provide a prepaid return label.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items not returned in original condition

  • Damaged packaging

  • Returns received after the 30-day window (subject to approval)


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or variant, please return the original item and place a new order separately.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  2. Provide images of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging

  3. We will issue a replacement or full refund at no cost to you


8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us via email. Once the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must be returned according to the policy above.
