At Ruffolo Boost, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and efficient delivery experience. Whether you’re ordering RoomMates wall decals or outdoor metal privacy screens from brands like Lirago and Dovelina, we strive to deliver your items safely and promptly.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO military addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the time of confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product type:

Alaska & Hawaii 7–10 business days
APO/FPO 10–15 business days

Please note: Larger items such as metal garden screens may take slightly longer to deliver due to size and weight.

  • Expedited Shipping (available at additional cost)

At checkout, you will be able to select your preferred shipping option if applicable.


5. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on item weight, dimensions, and destination. Final charges will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Some products may be eligible for free shipping promotions—look for qualifying items on the product page.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your order’s progress through the carrier’s website or by logging into your Ruffolo Boost account.


7. Delays and Exceptions

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions or weather conditions

  • High seasonal demand

  • Inventory or supply chain issues

We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or conditions outside of our control. However, we will assist you with tracking and updates as needed.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit:

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for damaged goods.

  • For lost packages, contact us within 7 business days from the expected delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and replace the product or refund your purchase, depending on the situation.
